Rahul accused of domestic violence |

The fairytale marriage of Rahul Mahajan and Dimpy Ganguly has come to an end. Dimpy has accused Rahul, the son of politician Pramod Mahajan, of domestic violence. Dimpy and Rahul were married on the Imagine TV reality TV show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega in March this year. Dimpy, a 22-year-old model from Kolkata, said late yesterday (July 29) that Rahul beat her up that morning. She said that he woke her up wanting to know about an sms that she had received. When she said that she wanted to go back to sleep, he got very angry and started hitting her. She alleges that he punched her, kicked her and dragged her by the hair. She walked out of the house after the incident. Rahul had been accused of domestic violence by his first wife Shweta Singh too. Rahul and Shweta divorced in 2008. He had also been earlier accused in a drug abuse case. Following this Rahul participated in the reality show Bigg Boss, where he got quite friendly with other participants Monica Bedi and Payal Rohatgi.
